Life has been quite busy recently with many good things including travels, seeing family and friends visiting in Copenhagen. However, my laptop crashed a couple of weeks ago! Although most of my photos were backed up, the ones since January 2016 were not. Fortunately, someone genius at work managed - after many hours - to get back into my laptop. The whole system was reset to its factory settings losing all my photo editing presets and fonts, etc... but at least my photos were saved.
I haven't bought a new laptop yet so I am working on my desktop computer which is not very convenient and you may notice some differences in colour and sharpness.
The photo above was shot in Arizona three weeks ago in a place called Horseshoe Bend. You can see the Colorado river flowing at the bottom of the canyon, and if you look closely you can also notice a few boats and tents (see below for a close up). I am not sure the tourist on the left helps showing the depth of the cliffs and the sheer size of this landscape but I think the boats give a good hint.
